The CEO Programme

This is for MD’s, Executive Directors and business leaders to enable them to fulfil their potential, to operate effectively and with confidence in all the key aspects of their role.

This is a 6 month coaching programme. The one to one coaching will be delivered by Andrew and Kathryn working together or separately as appropriate.

This coaching will look at the CEO in the round and will address what ever is needed including, performance coaching, an assessment of the organisations culture and how individuals relate to it and observation of the CEO in action with specific feedback on actual performance. The programme includes 12 months telephone support and the coaching sessions may be taken on any day of the week. This could be combined with the Team Dynamics package to raise the performance of the CEO and their team at the same time.
